The Patient Experience Hub is located on the ground floor lift area.
This initiative has been supported by HealthWatch Wirral, and HealthWatch staff are available to provide information and signposting opportunities about services available throughout Wirral.

In addition Healthwatch Wirral work alongside WUTH Patient Experience Team, who are available to speak to patients and relatives and help resolve concerns or issues about health and social care within the hospital. Working together with Healthwatch Wirral this can avoid escalation to formal complaints. There are facilities within the information bank to discuss matters in private.
The Patient Experience Hub is open for patients, relatives and staff to drop in for information, support and advice from 9am to 4pm, Monday – Friday.
