Winter illnesses are circulating. Flu, COVID and RSV are at exceptionally high levels. Gut infections spread through contact with spores and can be life threatening for vulnerable patients. Please protect your loved ones and other patients in hospital by not visiting if you've been unwell.
- Wait for 3 days after diarrhoea or vomiting symptoms settle.
- Wait for 5 days after flu, COVID-19 or other respiratory symptoms have gone.
- If you have an appointment and feel unwell, contact the clinic before attending.
