  • Patients Name
  • Preferred gender of interpreter
  • Date & time of appointment
  • Exact location including Department/Clinic/Ward
  • Name of booker and their extension number

Please note: If this appointment is booked with little notice or as an emergency appointment, BSL may only be available as a video remote interpretation.
