Through the Patient Experience Strategy, we are actively working on various projects aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience.
Some of our current workstreams include:
- Updating signage and wayfinding systems to improve navigation within our facilities
- Reintroducing ward folders for adult inpatient wards, providing easy access to essential information
- Implementing discharge checklists to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home
- Establishing deaf awareness groups to better support our hearing-impaired patients and visitors
- Enhancing overall signage and accessibility throughout the hospital
