Coffee breaks, refreshments and lunch are included in the registration fee. 

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, a letter of invitation will be sent to any registered participants. This letter will be sent solely to assist participants in obtaining leave from their institutions. 

Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of each participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover for the event. Participants as well as accompanying persons take part of the conference at their own responsibility and risk. 

We recommend participants ensure they purchase both travel and health cover insurance as we will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, theft or additional costs due to the change of event date/location/programme or similar. Any additional costs arising due to delays/cancellations of transport, inclusive of strike action, illness, weather or environmental disasters are also excluded. 

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds made for cancellations or no shows at the masterclass, unless we are notified at least four weeks prior to the date of the event. All refunds will be processed one month after the conference has closed.
