Hearing Aid Repair
As of the 1st April 2018 this service is available through booked appointments only.
Our Audiologists and Assistant Technical Officers can:
- Supply batteries - Hearing Aid Record Book (Brown Book) Required
- Check hearing aids
- Replace tubing (every 3-6 months)
- Check the condition of your ears
- Take impressions of your ears (Arrowe Park Hospital and Neston Clinic).
A Repair Appointment can be booked by contacting the Audiology Department on 0151 604 7113.

Please note that there is no longer a clinic available at Pasture Road Health Centre, Moreton.
Arrowe Park Hospital
The Hearing Aid Department at Arrowe Park Hospital is open everyday by appointment only. From the Main Entrance, follow the signs towards the Main Outpatient Department. The Audiology Department is straight ahead of you. Please come in.
Batteries Only - Hearing Aid Record Book (Brown Book) Required
If you only require Batteries and no other repair / attention, an appointment is not necessary. Batteries are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 4:30pm.
Clatterbridge Hospital
The Hearing Aid Department at Clatterbridge Hospital is open on Wednesday afternoon by appointment only. We are in Clinic F, Main Outpatients Department. As you walk through the door, head towards the Help Desk, turn Right, then turn Left through the double doors and present yourself to the clerk at the desk in front of you
Digital hearing aids cannot be reprogrammed at Clatterbridge Hospital. An appointment at Arrowe Park Hospital or Victoria Central Health Centre is essential for a replacement or retune to your digital hearing aid. If this is needed please contact 0151 604 7113.
Neston Clinic, Mellock Lane
The Hearing Aid Department at Neston Clinic is open every Tuesday afternoon by appointment only. If you have booked an appointment, Please come in, take a seat and wait to be called through.
Batteries Only - Hearing Aid Record Book ( Brown Book ) required
If you only require Batteries and no other repair / attention, an appointment is not necessary; batteries are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 4:30pm except lunchtime.

St. Catherine's Health Centre
The Audiology and Hearing Aid Department is located on the 2nd Floor, Purple Wing, Wing 4.
To find us, take the lift to the 2nd Floor, turn left out of the lift, then left again along the corridor. Follow this all the way to the Victoria Park Practice waiting area. Please report to reception, then take a seat on the chairs provided.
Batteries Only - Hearing Aid Record Book ( Brown Book ) required
For ALL repairs, including Batteries Only, a booked appointment is required. Batteries are no longer given out by the reception staff.

Victoria Central Health Centre
The Audiology and Hearing Aid Department is located on the 1st Floor.
Either:
Take the lift to the 1st Floor; As you leave the lift, walk straight ahead towards the stairs and move to the seating area to the Right of the stairs as you see it from the Lifts.
Or
Take the stairs to the 1st Floor; As you arrive on the 1st Floor, turn Left past the stairwell into the seating area on your Left.
