Where to get help with my mental health

We know that mental health difficulties are more common when you live with pain, and it is important to reach out and ask for help if you are struggling with low mood, anxiety, OCD, panic or one of the many other difficulties people can experience.
Please note that while we are not a mental health service, we work closely with the services in Wirral to support you.
Your first point of contact is always your GP who can signpost you to a variety of support.
