Installation of Air Handling Units

We want to let you know about important work happening at Arrowe Park Hospital. As part of the emergency department construction, a crane will be delivering equipment on to the site on Saturday 30th November between 8am and 2pm.

Access to the back road of the hospital from the Eye Department will be temporarily unavailable but clear directions will be provided to ensure everyone reaches their destination.

Patients or members of the public requiring access to the SEAL Unit, Discharge Hospitality Centre, Frontis Accommodation Building, City Build Compound or Sterile Services must use the road to the right of the hospital to access the back road, which will temporarily become a two-way road during this time.

Parking areas outside SEAL Unit and D Block will be cordoned off for use as a passing place and security will be in place to direct traffic.

We expect minimal impact on the public during this time. Notices will be posted, and staff will be on hand to provide directions and assistance.
