Spreading Christmas Cheer to Young Patients at Arrowe Park Hospital

The lead contractors developing the new urgent and emergency care facility at Arrowe Park Hospital are spreading Christmas cheer this season with their annual toy appeal.

On 20th December, Tilbury Douglas staff distributed an array of toys and treats to the children’s ward, ensuring that young patients experience the joy of Christmas despite being away from home.

This heart warming initiative is part of the new build project’s ongoing commitment to community support and engagement.

Angela McDonald, Assistant Director of Nursing in Children and Neonatal Services, said: “These thoughtful contributions mean so much to our young patients and their families, and we’re incredibly thankful to everyone involved.”
