Urogynaecology

UROGYNAECOLOGY
We offer a comprehensive service for women of all ages who suffer with problems such as bladder incontinence and prolapse of the genital organs and work in tandem with the Wirral Integrated Continence Service.
Patients suffering with bladder incontinence and prolapse of the genital organs will often be assessed first by the Wirral Integrated Continence Service to establish the extent of their problem and initial treatment instigated before being seen in one of our outpatient clinics. After assessment in clinic, you may be referred for investigations and treatments in one of our various clinics for things such as overactive bladder, stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, interstitial cystitis, recurrent urinary tract infections and urinary voiding dysfunction.
