Hearing Aid Repair
As of the 1st April 2018 this service is available through booked appointments only.
Our Audiologists and Assistant Technical Officers can:
- Supply batteries
- Check hearing aids
- Replace tubing (every 3-6 months)
- Check the condition of your ears
- Take impressions of your ears (Arrowe Park Hospital and Neston Clinic).
A Repair Appointment can be booked by contacting the Audiology Department on 0151 604 7113.

Please note that there is no longer a clinic available at Pasture Road Health Centre, Moreton.
Arrowe Park Hospital
The Hearing Aid Department at Arrowe Park Hospital is open everyday by appointment only. From the Main Entrance, follow the signs towards the Main Outpatient Department. The Audiology Department is straight ahead of you. Please come in.
Batteries Only
If you only require Batteries and no other repair / attention, an appointment is not necessary. Batteries are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 4:30pm.
Neston Clinic, Mellock Lane
The Hearing Aid Department at Neston Clinic is open every Tuesday afternoon by appointment only. If you have booked an appointment, Please come in, take a seat and wait to be called through.
Batteries Only
If you only require Batteries and no other repair / attention, an appointment is not necessary; batteries are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 4:30pm except lunchtime.
Digital hearing aids cannot be reprogrammed at Neston Clinic. An appointment at Arrowe Park Hospital is essential for a replacement or retune to your digital hearing aid. If this is needed please contact 0151 604 7113.
