The Audiology and Hearing Aid Department is located on the 1st Floor.
Either:
Take the lift to the 1st Floor; As you leave the lift, walk straight ahead towards the stairs and move to the seating area to the Right of the stairs as you see it from the Lifts.
Or
Take the stairs to the 1st Floor; As you arrive on the 1st Floor, turn Left past the stairwell into the seating area on your Left.
Batteries Only - Hearing Aid Record Book ( Brown Book ) required
If you only require Batteries and no other repair / attention, an appointment is not necessary; batteries are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 4:30pm except lunchtime.
