Admissions to Clatterbridge Hospital

Your day will start in either the Leverhulme Day Surgery unit, Ward M2 Surgery or M2 Orthopaedics. Your admission letter will state what time you should arrive and where to go. After you have registered you will wait in the reception area and you will be taken into the unit/ward.

You will be seen by a member of the nursing staff, your consultant and a member of the anaesthetic team. If you have not already done so, you will be asked to sign your consent form. Please use this opportunity to ask any outstanding questions you may have about your operation. Your belongings will stay with you until you are ready to go to theatre and will be kept securely until you have returned from theatre.
