The People's Choice Award is a special opportunity to recognise the hard work, commitment and service provided by staff members and teams across the organisation.

Patients, service users, carers and/or members of the public could nominate a team or individual at the Trust they feel deserves to win a Peoples Choice Award.

Criteria: The team or individual will have:

• Delivered exceptional care, service or support
• Made a positive and lasting impression on patients or service users
• Demonstrated kindness, compassion and dedication
• Gone “above and beyond” expectations
• Acted as a role model for organisational values
