Our Promise Groups
At the heart of the Patient Experience Strategy are five "Promise Groups":

"Listening to me and respecting me as an individual"

"Feeling safe and having trust in the staff"

"Designing my care with me and for me"
Supported
"Working together to plan my aftercare"
These groups convene bi-monthly, bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders to review the feedback received and collectively address any concerns or issues raised.
